Strong hatha 

Classes generally begin with an extended warmup focussing on relieving tension in the upper back, shoulders and spine. Posture work is based on stronger postures and sequences with a view to increasing functional flexibility, strength and fitness.  Classes close with a traditional relaxation. 

At the end of this class there is an optional 15 minute session for strengthening the core & deep abdominals. This is a non-yoga based High Intensity Interval Training session.
