For wellbeing and general health, we offer our yogic community who may otherwise miss out for whatever reason, beginner yoga classes. A warm and welcoming environment for those recovering from injuries, to be introduced to the practice of yoga.
This class is open to students recovering from an injury, wanting to start a fitness routine or low-income earners interested in yoga.
