A gentle Hatha yoga class for all levels of ability, participants are encouraged to find their own range of motion using the principles of Ahimsa, non-harm. 

Classes incorporate, asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra and mudra, as tools for exploring ones own physical, emotional and spiritual yogic journey.
