Experience the magic of yoga to calm the mind and awaken the body through breath, movement, and relaxation. Be guided through a flowing sequence of postures to explore your strength, flexibility, and balance.

This Hatha-inspired class welcomes every ‘body’ and all experience levels and concludes with a guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra to support deep rest.

Nabilla has been teaching hatha & restorative yoga since 2012. Completing training with respected teachers including Cat Kabira, A.G., Indra & Ganesh Mohan, and Ana Davis (Prenatal Yoga).
