Restorative Yoga | 90 minutes

A slow, supported practice designed to settle the nervous system and restore the body.
This 90-minute class uses props thoughtfully to create ease, clarity and quiet strength. Postures are held for longer periods, allowing the breath to soften and the mind to steady.

Expect careful attention to alignment, intelligent sequencing and simple breath awareness, with plenty of time to arrive, stay and absorb the effects of the poses.

Suitable for all levels. Particularly supportive during times of fatigue, stress, recovery or when you need to slow right down and recalibrate.
