Classes include foundational asanas designed to open and balance the body’s energy channels, with sun salutations to build warmth and rhythm, followed by relaxation and guided pranayama. Breath practices are introduced in an accessible, considered way, supporting concentration, mental steadiness and a deeper connection to practice.
