Nabilla – Vital | Hatha Flow

A flowing hatha practice designed to awaken vitality while settling the nervous system. Breath-led sequences explore strength, flexibility, and balance with a sense of continuity and rhythm.

Classes move at a steady, accessible pace, balancing effort with softness and attention.

Open to all levels and bodies. Each class concludes with guided relaxation or Yoga Nidra to support deep rest and integration.


Nabilla Antipas – Teacher Bio

Nabilla has been teaching hatha and restorative yoga since 2012, offering practices that balance clarity, strength, and deep rest. Her teaching weaves breath, mindful movement, and nervous system awareness, supporting students to feel both steady and enlivened.

She has trained with respected teachers including Cat Kabira, A.G., Indra and Ganesh Mohan, and Ana Davis (Prenatal Yoga). Nabilla’s classes are inclusive, thoughtful, and grounded, welcoming students of all experience levels.

Her intention is to create a space where the mind settles, the body awakens, and practice feels both nourishing and sustainable.
