A steady, inward-facing morning practice led by Kellie Brett. This class offers a systematic and intelligent exploration of asana and pranayama, supporting balance, alignment and clarity in both body and mind.

The early hour lends itself to a quieter quality of work. Expect thoughtful sequencing, precise guidance and space to refine awareness through breath and action. Practice is approached as an inner journey, one that is personal, grounded and cumulative over time.

Kellie has been practising Iyengar Yoga for over 25 years and teaches with depth shaped by long-term study, mentorship with senior teachers and ongoing training at the Iyengar Institute in Pune. Her teaching is disciplined yet spacious, inviting students to meet the practice with sincerity and attention.

Suitable for students with some experience who are ready to begin the day with steadiness, focus and intent.
