Bonnie's classes work with balancing the yin and yang energies through gentle warm ups, strengthening flow vinyasa practice leading to the focus of hatha poses. As you release physical and emotional blockages you will experience periods of exertion followed by deep rest. This allows for integration, inner reflection and greater awareness of the body, mind and spirit.
