Nandhini Nagaratnam is a Registered Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Australia and has been teaching yoga since 1995. She brings together over four decades of study and practice, drawing from the Sivananda, Iyengar, Krishnamacharya and Jivamukti traditions. Her yoga journey began in London in 1982 and has continued through study with respected teachers in Australia, Malaysia, India and the United Kingdom. Nandhini completed her International Yoga Teacher Training in 2005 and teaches with a strong emphasis on alignment, breath awareness, self-knowledge and the holistic principles of yoga. Her classes integrate asana, pranayama, relaxation and yogic philosophy, supporting students' physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing.

- Completed International Yoga Teacher Training in 2005.
