Sometimes called Yoga of the Heart, a Dru Yoga class is an uplifting experience. Students can expect easy flowing activation movements to awaken the lungs, warm the muscles and free the joints before slowing down into an Energy Block Release sequence of soft, flowing movements which releases tension in the body on all levels. 

Postures are introduced in a staged way so that everyone can work at their own level and according to their own body. The class concludes with a deep guided relaxation. Working with soft joints, directed breathing and visualisation the class feels easy but the effect is potent.
