Chinmaya's early morning class Tuesday 6am is designed to warm up and prepare the body for the famous Sun Salutation practice. It is suitable for beginners/continuing as well as general.
Her Restorative Thursday evening class 6.30pm will restore energy, rejuvenate the body and connect with the Self. Experience energising yoga postures, explore the breath as a link between the body and mind, learn to relax physically and mentally.
