Jasmine completed the 350-hour Teacher Training course at the Fremantle Yoga Centre in 2014, focusing on alignment, use of props and yoga therapy. She continues to develop her knowledge of yoga asana through a regular home practice, attending classes, workshops and trainings. Recently, she developed an interest in the more mindful and slower paced practice of restorative yoga and has commenced an intensive Yoga Therapy training with Wisdom Yoga Institute.

The class explores a gentle series of asana combining Hatha and Restorative yoga, designed to slow down the body and mind. The guided practice with supported poses and deeper stretching will help the body to release stored stress and tension, while encouraging students to have a deeper connection to their bodies and breath.
