In this class you will be inspired to learn the joyfulness and strength of classical Hatha Yoga. 
Class components of asana, pranayama, relaxation, mantra and mudras are designed to balance your life on physical, emotional and mental levels. 
Chinmaya will share with you her many years of experience as a yoga practitioner and teacher. She is the Manager of Sivananda Ashram Beacon Yoga Centre, Conducts Fire Ceremonies, Guided Mchanting & Ashram Kirtans.
