General | community class - by donation

This class is offered by donation - we suggest a minimum of $5 and appreciate all offerings.  Your support ensures we have classes and programs like these.

For wellbeing and general health, we offer our yogic community who may otherwise miss out for whatever reason, general level yoga classes. A warm and welcoming environment for those returning to the practice of yoga.

This class is open to all students whether recovering from an injury, wanting to start a fitness routine or low-income earners interested in yoga.
