A Two-Day Yoga Immersion
An exploration of the Methodology and Practices of the 8 limbs of classical yoga.
We will look beyond branding, to uncover the relevance of an ongoing Yoga Sadhana in todays modern, and often hectic lifestyle. Making a practice that is unique and personal for each individual will be the aim of the weekend.
Includes a light lunch for all participants.
